We are a small business, with just Allie and Becky running the show, and we work on our roles together. You will get to know both of us, and we will discuss our process with you in depth every step of the way. We offer comprehensive reports as part of the recruitment process, so that you are able to understand feedback from the market about your business, your role and the package on offer. Clients find this a real plus because it gives you insight into the direct competition and what you may need to improve to attract the best candidates into your business. We offer salary surveys to many of our clients, and because we work in specific markets, you can be sure the information is relevant to your industry. We have an expectation of our clients to be detailed and thorough throughout the process.
